Lots of internal exploring and emotional expression, whether that is through reflection, meditation, or art. I find that it's super important to deeply explore your thoughts and feelings when possible. Perhaps I'll do I full post on that someday...let me know if that's something you'd like to see.

 Hello, lovelies! I hope you all have been doing well. I have been so busy lately with Christmas shopping and wrapping gifts for family and friends. I've always loved this time of year and preparing for the holidays. I have my mini Christmas tree set up and decorated along with wrapped presents underneath, and it adds so much to the holiday vibes. I'm a big fan of giving thoughtful gifts, and part of that involves the wrapping process.
